Creative - Trainer

October 2012 - March 2016

As a trainer for Apple I translated technical concepts into easy to understand terms, working with empathy and care in challenging situations. I provided in-person training on the entire range of Apple's hardware and software in 30, 60, and 90 minute appointments.

I was trained in adult education and learning techniques through an exclusive on boarding course at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, California.

I worked with Apple's Business team to facilitate customized training sessions to large and small companies on a variety of subjects including Film Production, Office Productivity, and Social Networking. 

I organized and coordinated Apple's Field Trip program, involving communication with private and public schools to build curriculum that fits with their student's needs.

I helped pioneer a weekly internal training program, providing sessions on new products, training techniques, and software to a store of 100+ employees.

In March of 2016 I worked with Oakridge Centre and the Van Gogh Museum to design a course based on integrating Van Gogh's painting style with modern technology. I designed and implemented a curriculum that was rolled out in 27 sessions to over 600 students from around the Lower Mainland.
